    There is help available if you are having trouble keeping up with bills or loans repayments. We encourage you to reach out to one of our specialised Customer Care Officers who can assess your current financial situation and explain the range of options that we have available to help.

    If you are experiencing financial stress and that stress is starting to take a toll on your mental wellbeing. Help is available. We encourage you to use the Mental Health Resources available on our website.

    Important Information

    In order for us to make an informed decision and determine what assistance may be appropriate in your circumstances, we kindly request that you complete and submit the Financial Hardship Application along with supporting documentation. These supporting documents may include but is not limited to:

    Three months of recent bank statements

    Three months of payslips

    Centrelink Summary Statement

    Rent/mortgage Summary and Statements

    Proof of other outstanding debts, bills, etc.
